Engineering Team Lead

Our engineering team works on diverse projects spanning web applications, AI services, cloud infrastructure, and user experience. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, team management, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple projects.
• Write and review code to ensure technical excellence.
• Define development priorities and manage sprint planning and task distribution.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align technical work with business goals.
• Promote best practices in engineering, including testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Support professional growth and continuous learning across the team.
• Ensure adherence to modern software architecture and scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of Git and team collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience in either backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to stay current with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
