BlendLab is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth to lead the growth strategy across our AI-powered digital platforms. This role is responsible for scaling user acquisition, optimizing marketing performance, and increasing revenue across multiple channels.
We’re looking for a leader who blends data-driven thinking with creative experimentation and has a proven track record in building and leading growth-focused teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy for BlendLab’s products (Bunud, Tesaaworld, and others).
- Lead performance marketing, sales, business development, and retention efforts.
- Analyze user journeys and optimize conversion, acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee paid media campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Design and run rapid growth experiments with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to align efforts.
- Report on key metrics and growth performance to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, or digital product environments.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio.
- Deep knowledge of paid acquisition, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MENA or global markets.
- Background in AI, SaaS, or digital innovation.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is a plus.
