BlendLab is hiring a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid media campaigns and drive sustainable growth across our digital platforms, including Bunud and Tesaaworld. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing performance-focused campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
We're looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creative execution — someone who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable growth: traffic, signups, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop campaign strategies, define targeting, write ad copy, and select keywords.
- Track performance and optimize for cost-efficiency and conversion rates (ROAS).
- Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Create performance reports and share insights with the growth team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, attribution models, and UTM tagging.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver within tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and how it complements paid traffic.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a strong plus.
